1. Are your products authentic?

Yes! All of the products that we offer are 100% authentic and genuine. We carefully source our products from trusted retailers to ensure they are of the highest quality and authentic. We strictly follow the policy of "triple penalty of fake products"

2. Can I trust the photos on the website to represent the actual product I’ll receive?

Yes! We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product photos. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and angles, but they should not be significant.

3. How does the Pop Mart Blind Boxes work?

The blind boxes are sold individually as well as in full sets. Confirmed full sets are cheaper because there's no chance for a secret figure. Sealed full sets are more expensive due to the chance of a secret figure!

The single box is only opened from the bottom to check the card to confirm the figure, bag will be sealed. If you need a specific figure to complete your set, this option will suit your need!

4. What if I receive a damaged item?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or went missing in the mail, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

5. Do you ship internationally?

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Jellycat and Pop Mart collectible toys are excluded from our return policy due to their collectible nature. For more details, please review our Return Policy page.
