Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order delivery date for any unworn pieces that are not marked as final sale and any purchases that belong to our own brand. The collectible toys from Jellycat and Pop Mart are part of the final sale collections and we do not accept exchanges or returns on them due to their collectible nature. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Pieces sold at full price are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pieces labeled as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

  • All returns will be sent to our warehouse in New Jersey, USA

 

CANCELLATION:

  • We begin the order shipment process immediately after your order is placed. However, if you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we can accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
